The CMPA2060040D1 is a 40 W MMIC High Power Amplifier (HPA) utilizing MACOM’s high performance, 0.15 µm GaN-on-SiC production process. This device operates from 2.0 - 6.0 GHz and supports a variety of end applications such as electronic warfare (jamming), radar, test instrumentation and general amplification. The CMPA2060040D1 achieves 40 W of saturated output power with 23 dB of large signal gain and 35% power-added efficiency averaged over the broadband response.
