Quad 53G VCSEL Driver with Input Equalizer

 The MALD-38435 is a four channel 28GBaud PAM4/NRZ linear VCSEL Driver designed to modulate VCSELs in transmit path of optical modules. The outputs are spaced on 250 μm centers to be compatible with standard optical interfaces. The device provides a two-wire serial interface which allows digital programmable control of bias and modulation currents. The MALD-38435 is available in a 3 mm x 2 mm die supplied in waffle packs or wafers. The device is a companion to the MAOM-38051/MAOM-38053 Quad 28GBaud PAM4/NRZ CDR with Adaptive Equalizer and Eye Shaping for complete transmit path.
