Quad 53GBaud PAM4/NRZ EML/ Silicon Photonics Driver

The MALD-39077 is Quad 53 GBaud EML/SiP driver with equalizer for 400G application in package format. The device has adjustable differential to differential voltage gain up to 20dB which can optionally be controlled through on chip AGC. Gain can also be programmed via I2C interface. The linear output voltage can be adjusted up to 3.0 Vppd.
