The MAOD-1xxD25I-LCT3 Series products are directly modulated 25Gbps CWDM DFB laser diode chips with an operating temperature of –40ºC to 95ºC. The CWDM wavelengths covered are 1270/1290/1310/1330/1350/1370nm. These products utilize a patented Etched Facet Technology enabling high performance and product uniformity. Product is available as tested die.
