HMIC Silicon PIN Diode SP3T Switch
The wideband switches are designed for customers who require broadband, integrated, versatile and small switch solutions for communication, test & instrumentation, medical, scientific and military applications. The MASW-011052 and MASW-011053 provide industry leading low insertion loss, high isolation, high power handling and low harmonic and intermodulation distortion allowing customers to achieve high performance in a small form factor. Functioning up to 26 GHz, the switch boasts an integrated bias network and MACOM’s patented HMIC technology providing the customer exceptional reliability.
