Packaged High Power 26-40GHz Reflective SPDT PIN Switch

The MASW-011098 is a high power SPDT packaged in 5 x 5 mm laminate package. This broadband, reflective, high linearity, SPDT switch was developed for applications in the 26 - 40 GHz frequency range that require up to 7 W of power handling while maintaining low insertion loss and high isolation. The SPDT MMIC utilizes MACOM’s proven AlGaAs PIN diode technology.
