64 GBaud Quad Channel Linear TIA for 400G and 600G Coherent Receivers
The MATA-006406 is a linear TIA for coherent receivers supporting baud rates up to 64G and modulation formats up to 64QAM. The TIA provides linear, low noise, amplification for differential input current levels from 0.14 to 3mApp differential and has bandwidth of 45GHz. It also includes both analog and SPI control with peak detector, RSSI AC, RSSI DC, and AGC loop value monitors. The device provides an LOS signal, peak detector summed signal, and VGAIN summed signal as analog outputs for low latency loss of signal indicators.
