4 Channel Transimpedance Amplifier for FMCW LIDAR

 The MATA-02624 is a four channel linear transimpedance amplifier supporting a frequency range from 1 MHz to 800 MHz. It is designed to interface with a balanced pair of photodetectors typically used in FMCW applications, and includes three selectable gain settings of 2.5k, 5k, and 10k transimpedance. The output noise and linearity of the MATA-02624 is optimized for FMCW LIDAR. The compact die size with 375  Ωm channel pitch supports using multiple die for interfaceing with larger photodiode arrays with 500 Ωm pitch. The current in the upper photodiode of each pair can be monitored from the IMON output for each channel.
