28 Gbps Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA)
The MATA-03006 28 Gbps TIA supports data rates from 8.5 Gbps to 28 Gbps. The MATA-03006 consumes very low power: approximately 85 mW, whiling providing a single +3.3 V supply, allowing it to be used in high density optical interconnect solutions. Low rate mode is included for backward compatibility with legacy applications. Target applications include 10/25/100Gb Ethernet, InfiniBand EDR, OUT-4, SFP28, CFP2 Modules, CFP4 Modules and QSFP+ Modules.
