Quad Channel 32 GB Linear Modulator Driver

The MAOM-003417 is a high performance quad channel linear modulator driver for 100Gbps and 200Gbps applications. The device can be driven with a differential input signal up to 800mVpp and has linear gain which is adjustable from 13dB to 23dB. The single-ended output voltage can be adjusted up to 5Vpp with typical power dissipation of 1.15W per channel and total harmonic distortion of less than 4%. The part is packaged in a 14mm x 9.1mm surface mount package with integrated high frequency coils and coupling capacitors. It also incorporates peak detectors on each of the outputs for use in an APC loop.
