96 Gbaud Quad Channel Linear TIA for 400G, 600G and 800G Coherent Receivers
The MATA-009406 is a linear TIA for coherent receivers supporting baud rates up to 96G and modulation formats up to 64QAM. The TIA provides linear, low noise, amplification for differential input current levels from 0.14 to 3mApp differential and has bandwidth of 60GHz. In manual mode the transimpedance gain can be controlled from 65Ω to 5KΩ via an external pin. In automatic mode, the gain is automatically adjusted to provide a constant output voltage ranging from 200-700mVpp differential. It also includes both analog and SPI control with peak detector, RSSI AC, RSSI DC, and AGC loop value monitors. The device provides an LOS signal, peak detector summed signal, and VGAIN summed signal as analog outputs for low latency loss of signal indicators.
