Quad 24G / 26G TIA /LA with Integrated CDR

The MATA-37444 is a Quad 24 Gbps / 26 Gbps TIA/Limiting amplifier with CDR for use as a complete one chip receive solution in optical modules. The inputs are spaced on 250 μm centers to be compatible with standard optical interfaces. Each channel can be controlled through the 2-wire serial interface and includes a high-sensitivity TIA with selectable bandwidth to support legacy data rates, a limiting amplifier, a high performance CDR, and an output driver with programmable output swing and 2-tap de-emphasis. The MATA-37444 CDR retimes at 24.33 Gbps, and 25.78 Gbps. The CDR is reference-free and can be bypassed to support legacy or non-standard data rates. The MATA-37444 available in a 3 mm x 2 mm die supplied in waffle packs, whole wafers or quartered wafers.
