Quad Linear 53GBaud PAM4 Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA)

The MATA-39136 is a quad 53GBaud linear PAM4 TIA with AGC (automatic gain control) optimized for direct drive, linear module application in flip chip format. The MATA-39136 consumes very low power, typically 200mW/ channel at 2.9V supply. Features include RSSI for photo-alignment and power monitoring, and I2C control of bandwidth, output amplitude, LOS, pre-emphasis to compensate for host channels.
